my name is brother rico and this is my story; i've been called to ministry and i just started a P.A.P program (parent awareness program) educating our parents w\gaang violence as well teaching them to recognize problems with thier teens. the problems is that me and my wife dont have the finaces to make it all work and we thought we were going to purchase the home we are in but the realtor turned on us and sold the place. we are looking for another home and i work constructiion out here in washington state and when it rains i'm out of work. my passion is to help our young people stay away from gang violence. i use to be a gangster and i did time before (was looking at life) but God spared my life me and now i do Gods work. me and my wife are in need of some financial help and we just want someone to believe in us and help us start OTEM= over the edge ministry.i and my wife were divorced for 13 years and God put us back together and we know that God has a ministry for us to carry out.please help call at 1-253-536-5847 home\1-253-906-1662cell God Bless you sincerley Brother Rico

200 ) - Help to keep Onecer going!

My name is Paul, and first off may I congratulate you on your vision and diligence - Next off, I want to let you know that my partner and I (along with a couple of other colleagues), are in the process of setting up a very similar trading / exchange endeavour in the UK called IndividualsCAN (Individuals Creating Abundance Network) - for which funding WILL be available.

IndividualsCAN is set up on a different business model than the Oncer Exchange in that it relies on the participants tithing a nominal percentage of their profit margin for each transaction and our business model stacks up. - It also rewards its members at the end of each month for trading with each other! (and no, this is NOT an MLM!).

Furthermore, it also incorporates an established and successful local leaflet directory scheme to service the local offline community. In effect we are creating an online and offline directory for many nuclei of local intra-trading/exchanging communities, which allows members to also trade outside of their locality.

We have spent considerable time and effort going down blind alleys in getting to grips with various Content Management Systems to get what we want to work (including Typo3 - forget it!) and have finally settled on using a CMS called Postnuke which can do pretty much everything we want for our pilot scheme.

Andy - you have done what we are trying to set up! Both of us are coming from the same place on different sides of the planet - I think we should talk about the possibility of teaming up somehow We do not want to have to re-invent the wheel if we don't have to!

I had a page up on my partner's website www.msmotivator.com briefly explaining IndividualsCAN but I had to take it off the main Nav bar as we had a series of set backs trying to get to grips with the CMS systems.

As Internet users we have all had a journey to travel to get where we are. I believe we gather strength and encouragement when we hear the stories of others. What is your story? What kind of life story are you in? What drives you? What would you like to gain from story exchange with other individuals?

A lot of people have this personal story notion, or maybe it’s a hope, that their calling story will just make itself clear one day, as an epiphany. An epiphany is a human notion, and we invoke the word "epiphany" any time we have a good story, because it helps conjure a sort of divine certainty we’re implying, "Hey, this wasn’t just my little story, I got it straight from my life." But I think this is a misappropriation.

Don't be nervous about the story name, intrepid time and place. Whilst some of your story trips are quite adventurous others are very relaxing and comfortable.

I can’t quantify the number of people who feel their story is part of some unethical system. But it’s not uncommon. However, I found that despite their frustration, very few people change their life story simply for ethics. They usually stick to the grind. They change their life when it gets personal - when the system turns on them.
